Exide Technologies Sales Analyst, Compensation in Milton, Georgia


Exide is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Analyst to join the Sales Operations team with primary responsibility for sales compensation. The position will be based in our Milton, GA office reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and Analysis.

The position will work collaboratively with the Sales Leadership, Finance, IT & HR delivering world class sales compensation program/s. The ideal candidate should be an expert Excel user, detailed oriented, highly analytical with Salesforce.com experience preferred.

We are looking for recent graduates with strong technical skills, Excel, SQL, Database warehouse, Salesforce.com.


  • Administer Exide’s Sales Compensation program/s

  • Manage quota setting process and compensation letter coordination and distribution

  • Process monthly & quarterly performance calculation

  • Manage communication of results

  • Ensure Sales team members are paid commissions & bonus correctly and timely

  • Build sales compensation models and conduct look back analysis

  • Create and maintain sales compensation reporting using Dashboards & Reports in Salesforce.com

  • Work on various financial & data driven projects as required


We are looking for recent graduates with strong technical skills, Excel, SQL, Database warehouse, Salesforce.com.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required

  • Expert knowledge, skills and ability with Excel, Sales Cubes & Salesforce.com

  • Experience related to sales incentive compensation programs & reporting

  • Strong analytical skills with track record of providing effective sales analysis

  • Is passionate about data management and the importance of data integrity.

  • A high degree of flexibility, be extremely organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, IT & HR

  • Experience with Powerpoint, Word and other MS Products
